Narrative:
After repair to horizontal stabilizer during installation of elevator trim, cables were crossed which caused trim to work in reverse. Was discovered during first flight aircraft was returned for. Svced cable was uncrossed and adjusted. Should have been checked with 2 persons at time of installation. This will never happen again. I will triple check all repairs I make in the future.

Title: MECH RPT REF REVERSING OF ELEVATOR TRIM CABLES DURING HORIZ STABILIZER INSTALLATION.
Narrative: AFTER REPAIR TO HORIZ STABILIZER DURING INSTALLATION OF ELEVATOR TRIM, CABLES WERE CROSSED WHICH CAUSED TRIM TO WORK IN REVERSE. WAS DISCOVERED DURING FIRST FLT ACFT WAS RETURNED FOR. SVCED CABLE WAS UNCROSSED AND ADJUSTED. SHOULD HAVE BEEN CHKED WITH 2 PERSONS AT TIME OF INSTALLATION. THIS WILL NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN. I WILL TRIPLE CHK ALL REPAIRS I MAKE IN THE FUTURE.
