Narrative:

After returning from crew rest break at approximately XX10 local, I was informed by captain and international officer of clearance issued to NA200 from NA128. When accepting new clearance, wrong information was passed because crew was using charts and data effective MM/dd/92. This happened because new charts were issued. We all filed the revision and unfortunately, did not notice new effective data. Course information was corrected -- flight proceeded as cleared.
