Narrative:
The memphis center cleared me direct to bna from present position. I put the RNAV coordinates from the graham 2 arrival into the RNAV unit. I was proceeding according to this waypoint. Unable to receive the bna VOR until quite close. About the time I was able to receive the bna VOR-DME, mem center queried me as to my heading. I gave it to them and tuned in bna VOR it appeared that I was south of the appropriate course. This interests me in that memphis center did not mention that we were off course. The graham VORTAC should be inspected by flight check. Flight service had told me in my briefing that ghm VOR was OTS yet it was in use.
