Narrative:
After takeoff from fll switched to mia climbing to 3000 ft. Passed over traffic below. TCASII was saying monitor vertical. Seconds later, TCASII said descend descend now. We were clear of traffic below and now at 2300 ft we saw a twin engine aircraft at 11 O'clock and 200 ft up. Pushed forward on controls. At this time, mia said level at 2000 you have VFR traffic at 2500 ft.

Narrative: AFTER TKOF FROM FLL SWITCHED TO MIA CLBING TO 3000 FT. PASSED OVER TFC BELOW. TCASII WAS SAYING MONITOR VERT. SECONDS LATER, TCASII SAID DSND DSND NOW. WE WERE CLR OF TFC BELOW AND NOW AT 2300 FT WE SAW A TWIN ENG ACFT AT 11 O'CLOCK AND 200 FT UP. PUSHED FORWARD ON CTLS. AT THIS TIME, MIA SAID LEVEL AT 2000 YOU HAVE VFR TFC AT 2500 FT.
