Narrative:
During an insurance chkout in the small aircraft aircraft the following occurred. Pilot a was a commercial smel instrument rated pilot sitting in left seat while pilot B was an ATP rated pilot with smel endorsements acting as PIC. On the final takeoff, pilot B pulled left engine mixture control to cutoff while the aircraft was at about 100 ft altitude and with 95-100 mph airspeed. Pilot B did not observe pilot a raising gear at same time as mixture was moved to cutoff by pilot B. The aircraft yawed to left and pilot B restored mixture control to rich. Pilot a retarded both throttles and elected to land straight ahead on the runway which appeared to have ample length to land and stop. Pilot B concurred that aircraft could be landed in distance of remaining runway. There was no time to ascertain the status of gear and aircraft was landed on belly, coming to rest at about 3500 point of 5000 ft runway. Both propellers were damaged and the fuselage incurred minimal belly damage. The aircraft was jacked up, gear was extended, and towed off the runway to a hangar.

Narrative: DURING AN INSURANCE CHKOUT IN THE SMA ACFT THE FOLLOWING OCCURRED. PLT A WAS A COMMERCIAL SMEL INST RATED PLT SITTING IN L SEAT WHILE PLT B WAS AN ATP RATED PLT WITH SMEL ENDORSEMENTS ACTING AS PIC.
