Narrative:
Air carrier X at FL330, air carrier Y at FL350 and air carrier Z at FL310. Air carrier Z had just passed below air carrier X when air carrier X at FL330 reported his TCASII was advising him to climb to FL350 and he was climbing. Air carrier Y at FL350 was heads up with air carrier X. Air carrier X was informed to go back down to FL330.

Narrative: ACR X AT FL330, ACR Y AT FL350 AND ACR Z AT FL310. ACR Z HAD JUST PASSED BELOW ACR X WHEN ACR X AT FL330 RPTED HIS TCASII WAS ADVISING HIM TO CLB TO FL350 AND HE WAS CLBING. ACR Y AT FL350 WAS HEADS UP WITH ACR X. ACR X WAS INFORMED TO GO BACK DOWN TO FL330.
