Narrative:
No flight occurred. The battery was run down, so I decided to propeller the engine by hand. It started and the RPM's were engaged to pull it into the parked airplane.

Title: AN SMA PLT HAND-PROPPED HIS ENG. AS THE ACFT WAS NOT PROPERLY TIED DOWN, IT RAN INTO ANOTHER ACFT.
Narrative: NO FLT OCCURRED. THE BATTERY WAS RUN DOWN, SO I DECIDED TO PROP THE ENG BY HAND. IT STARTED AND THE RPM'S WERE ENGAGED TO PULL IT INTO THE PARKED AIRPLANE.
