Narrative:
Door (4R) improperly locked, came open (approximately 2') just after getting off the runway. Received call from flight attendant in back. At that point we leveled off, got vectors to dump fuel. After 75000 pounds of fuel pumped we returned for a normal landing and taxied to the gate. MEL has now been changed to prevent further occurrences.
