Narrative:
Experienced total radio failure upon entering arsa. Unable to obtain clearance, initiated lost communication procedures. Continued approach while squawking 7700/7600. As approach continued aircraft experienced total electrical failure. Immediately prior to landing all electrical power was regained. Felt sense of urgency due to flight duration and approaching fog. As soon as electrical power became available, monterey runway was contacted and advised of situation (prior to landing).

Title: LOSS OF COM RADIOS, ELECTRICAL FAILURE.
Narrative: EXPERIENCED TOTAL RADIO FAILURE UPON ENTERING ARSA. UNABLE TO OBTAIN CLRNC, INITIATED LOST COM PROCS. CONTINUED APCH WHILE SQUAWKING 7700/7600. AS APCH CONTINUED ACFT EXPERIENCED TOTAL ELECTRICAL FAILURE. IMMEDIATELY PRIOR TO LNDG ALL ELECTRICAL PWR WAS REGAINED. FELT SENSE OF URGENCY DUE TO FLT DURATION AND APCHING FOG. AS SOON AS ELECTRICAL PWR BECAME AVAILABLE, MONTEREY RWY WAS CONTACTED AND ADVISED OF SITUATION (PRIOR TO LNDG).
