Narrative:

While in level flight I demonstrated 'weightlessness' to my passenger by diving the aircraft slightly pulling up into a climb, and then pushing over the top to create a 0 G condition. As I did so the engine lost power and displayed symptoms of an interrupted fuel flow. This condition required an immediate precautionary landing on the 118 freeway, approximately 1 mi west of madera rd, simi valley, ca. As the aircraft engine was not producing sufficient power to maintain level flight. Subsequent examination of the carburetor by a licensed aircraft mechanic revealed some dirt or debris in the carburetor float/fuel bowl that had restr the main fuel metering jet, thereby causing the power loss. This condition was corrected, and the aircraft successfully flown from the freeway landing spot back to whiteman airport, pacoima, ca. The aircraft was in a current airworthy condition. I have no personal knowledge of any recent or recorded carburetor maintenance, as I am not the owner of the aircraft.

Title: AN EMER OFF ARPT FORCED LNDG IS PERFORMED BY SMA PLT AS ENG LOSES PWR AFTER SEVERAL DEMONSTRATIONS OF WEIGHTLESSNESS MANEUVERING EXERCISES.

Narrative: WHILE IN LEVEL FLT I DEMONSTRATED 'WEIGHTLESSNESS' TO MY PAX BY DIVING THE ACFT SLIGHTLY PULLING UP INTO A CLB, AND THEN PUSHING OVER THE TOP TO CREATE A 0 G CONDITION. AS I DID SO THE ENG LOST PWR AND DISPLAYED SYMPTOMS OF AN INTERRUPTED FUEL FLOW.
