Narrative:
Just assumed radar approach position. Air traffic was increasing at the time. Had previous controller hurry to complete briefing because traffic was increasing. 3 radar positions were combined in one (west radar, east radar, and final approach radar) which I was working combined at east radar. The traffic continued to build. Previous controller issued IFR clearance to small transport X prior to me assuming position. Small transport X call sign or/and intentions not included in position relief briefing. Although scanning of radar scope was completed small transport X art's tag not noticed. 7 mins after I was on position small transport X entered an adjacent air traffic facility's airspace. Adjacent facility did not inquire about the aircraft until 25 mi inside their airspace. Including myself, 1 supervisor, 1 other fpl working radar data and previous controller were all coordinating with adjacent air traffic facilities, no one saw above mentioned aircraft enter adjacent airspace.

Title: IMPROPER POS RELIEF BRIEFING SMT X UNCOORD PENETRATION OF CTR AIRSPACE. OPDEV.
Narrative: JUST ASSUMED RADAR APCH POS. AIR TFC WAS INCREASING AT THE TIME. HAD PREVIOUS CTLR HURRY TO COMPLETE BRIEFING BECAUSE TFC WAS INCREASING. 3 RADAR POSITIONS WERE COMBINED IN ONE (W RADAR, E RADAR, AND FINAL APCH RADAR) WHICH I WAS WORKING COMBINED AT E RADAR. THE TFC CONTINUED TO BUILD. PREVIOUS CTLR ISSUED IFR CLRNC TO SMT X PRIOR TO ME ASSUMING POS. SMT X CALL SIGN OR/AND INTENTIONS NOT INCLUDED IN POS RELIEF BRIEFING. ALTHOUGH SCANNING OF RADAR SCOPE WAS COMPLETED SMT X ART'S TAG NOT NOTICED. 7 MINS AFTER I WAS ON POS SMT X ENTERED AN ADJACENT AIR TFC FACILITY'S AIRSPACE. ADJACENT FACILITY DID NOT INQUIRE ABOUT THE ACFT UNTIL 25 MI INSIDE THEIR AIRSPACE. INCLUDING MYSELF, 1 SUPVR, 1 OTHER FPL WORKING RADAR DATA AND PREVIOUS CTLR WERE ALL COORDINATING WITH ADJACENT AIR TFC FACILITIES, NO ONE SAW ABOVE MENTIONED ACFT ENTER ADJACENT AIRSPACE.
