Narrative:
Commercial chart 60-3, the dallas high 7 for dfw airport also has a procedure for NAS dallas which has a runway designator (17/35). The NAS dallas procedure calls for a turn at 3 DME to 130 degree vice 170 degree for dfw. Luckily the navy dallas ILS DME was not working so we made no turn. However, someone in the future might. I think it is dangerous to have more than one airport procedure on a SID, STAR, etc. Late at night it is too easy to look for your assigned runway instructions and get the wrong information, especially when the runways at both airports are the same.
