Narrative:
I was the copilot flying from the left seat. We had just lifted off from 22G (lorain county, oh) and our clearance was left turn to 360 degrees, climb to 3000 ft. The captain of the trip was flying in the right seat and talking on the radios. I was in a left turn to 360 degrees in a 30 degree bank and 5 to 6 degree pitch up. When we contacted departure, they had traffic 12 O'clock, 1 mi, 2100 ft. We were going through 2400 ft. I pitched up a little. The captain said he was under us and going to our right. At that time, we were going through 2500-2600 ft. I don't think there was much we could have done differently. Apparently, this traffic appeared after we received our clearance from approach while we were on the ground at 22G. I think it was a VFR going around the west side of the TCA. From my position. I never saw the traffic.

Title: FLC OF SMT JET EXPERIENCED A NMAC WITH ANOTHER ACFT WHILE CLBING OUT FROM A NON TWR ARPT.
Narrative: I WAS THE COPLT FLYING FROM THE L SEAT. WE HAD JUST LIFTED OFF FROM 22G (LORAIN COUNTY, OH) AND OUR CLRNC WAS L TURN TO 360 DEGS, CLB TO 3000 FT. THE CAPT OF THE TRIP WAS FLYING IN THE R SEAT AND TALKING ON THE RADIOS. I WAS IN A L TURN TO 360 DEGS IN A 30 DEG BANK AND 5 TO 6 DEG PITCH UP. WHEN WE CONTACTED DEP, THEY HAD TFC 12 O'CLOCK, 1 MI, 2100 FT. WE WERE GOING THROUGH 2400 FT. I PITCHED UP A LITTLE. THE CAPT SAID HE WAS UNDER US AND GOING TO OUR R. AT THAT TIME, WE WERE GOING THROUGH 2500-2600 FT. I DON'T THINK THERE WAS MUCH WE COULD HAVE DONE DIFFERENTLY. APPARENTLY, THIS TFC APPEARED AFTER WE RECEIVED OUR CLRNC FROM APCH WHILE WE WERE ON THE GND AT 22G. I THINK IT WAS A VFR GOING AROUND THE W SIDE OF THE TCA. FROM MY POS. I NEVER SAW THE TFC.
