Narrative:
Downwind to elko, nv the first officer was flying. I called elko unicom of what we were doing. The first officer pushed the aircraft down and to the left. Looking up, I saw a small aircraft (single engine land) right wing above and right of our aircraft. The small aircraft did not use elko unicom. I called again to elko unicom and asked if they were talking to the small aircraft that just departed. They said they were not.
