Narrative:
During an approach into gso (greensboro, nc), we were following an air carrier medium large transport aircraft by 4-5 mi and cleared for a visual approach. He landed and was told to hold short of runway 14 (it crosses runway 23 at approximately 200 ft from the southwest end of 23 -- a 10000 ft long runway (23). He acknowledged and landed. (See enclosed airport diagram.) he touched down at north (approximately) and continued down the runway. Tower told him to clear at K and he acknowledged. He didn't make K and tower told him to expedite to J because we were on short final. He acknowledged and then went to runway 32-14 instead. At 100 ft, tower told us to go around. I refused because of min fuel (caused by an ATC mandated early descent and games in the traffic pattern, and landed). When I landed, air carrier was on 32/14 which I was told to hold short of and he was not a factor. I turned off at M with reverse and min braking. On 2 other occasions when I've gone around and told the tower I was min fuel I did not receive what I consider expeditious handling. I also do not believe my actions endangered anyone and was the proper course of action under the circumstances.

Title: CAPT OF ACR LGT ACFT DID NOT GAR WHEN INSTRUCTED BY TWR BECAUSE OF LOW FUEL.
Narrative: DURING AN APCH INTO GSO (GREENSBORO, NC), WE WERE FOLLOWING AN ACR MLG ACFT BY 4-5 MI AND CLRED FOR A VISUAL APCH. HE LANDED AND WAS TOLD TO HOLD SHORT OF RWY 14 (IT CROSSES RWY 23 AT APPROX 200 FT FROM THE SW END OF 23 -- A 10000 FT LONG RWY (23). HE ACKNOWLEDGED AND LANDED. (SEE ENCLOSED ARPT DIAGRAM.) HE TOUCHED DOWN AT N (APPROX) AND CONTINUED DOWN THE RWY. TWR TOLD HIM TO CLR AT K AND HE ACKNOWLEDGED. HE DIDN'T MAKE K AND TWR TOLD HIM TO EXPEDITE TO J BECAUSE WE WERE ON SHORT FINAL. HE ACKNOWLEDGED AND THEN WENT TO RWY 32-14 INSTEAD. AT 100 FT, TWR TOLD US TO GAR. I REFUSED BECAUSE OF MIN FUEL (CAUSED BY AN ATC MANDATED EARLY DSCNT AND GAMES IN THE TFC PATTERN, AND LANDED). WHEN I LANDED, ACR WAS ON 32/14 WHICH I WAS TOLD TO HOLD SHORT OF AND HE WAS NOT A FACTOR. I TURNED OFF AT M WITH REVERSE AND MIN BRAKING. ON 2 OTHER OCCASIONS WHEN I'VE GONE AROUND AND TOLD THE TWR I WAS MIN FUEL I DID NOT RECEIVE WHAT I CONSIDER EXPEDITIOUS HANDLING. I ALSO DO NOT BELIEVE MY ACTIONS ENDANGERED ANYONE AND WAS THE PROPER COURSE OF ACTION UNDER THE CIRCUMSTANCES.
