Narrative:

On takeoff roll, the first officer sliding window came open. He made one attempt at closing it. Event occurred at 80 KTS. Abort was initiated at 100 KTS. Rejected takeoff was engaged. We returned to the gate in phx where the window was checked and found ok. We complied with the brake cooling time required from the chart in the operations data manual. In addition, air conditioned air was applied to brake to assist in cooling. The cockpit windows were open when we arrived at the aircraft that morning. The first officer apparently did not close his properly or check that it was secure prior to pushback.
