Narrative:
Oct/sun/92 at H plus 30 pm, I reported short of fuel about 30 NM from mfe. It shows in fuel indicator it's enough to fly about 50 NM. About 1000 ft from the runway 13, during my descending to land, I lost my power. I tried to hold the airplane above the ground and away from the high. I managed up to 100 ft away from the runway when the airplane completely stalled. No damage in the airplane.
