Narrative:
While en route from piqua, oh to wadsworth, I referred to oct/X/92 edition of ec-2 terminal procedures in preparation for instrument approach. The pages following page 382 were missing. I therefore diverted to a nearby airport -- medina, oh. Nos quality control should be improved. Also, pilot should check actual chart before departing. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: reporter states he followed up with a phone call to nos. They exchanged the faulty book with a complete one. Nos of course does not know how many books may have gone out with missing pages. Said they had to do something but not sure just what.
