Narrative:

At the end of the day on oct/tue/92, after having flown 7.5 hours commercially that day, a medical emergency came up where a patient needed to be 'medivaced' from ani to the hospital in bet. No other pilots were available, so I took the flight. This put my total time for the day to 8.2 hours. The flight took place without incident and I did take the required 11 hours of rest before showing up for duty the next day.
