Narrative:

At dfw after clearing the active runway, ground control gave instructions to turn left on the inner then right on 24N. We turned left onto india at which point we realized our mistake. I attempted to contact ground control to let them know we had taken a wrong turn but the frequency was congested and I couldn't get a hold of them. The captain continued on india onto the ramp and told me to contact ramp control. I attempted to contact ramp control on a frequency the flight engineer gave me but it was the wrong frequency. At this point I suggested to the captain to stop until I could talk to someone. I found the correct frequency and attempted to contact ramp control. The captain continued along the ramp and exited onto the inner at 22N and told me to contact ground. I contacted ground and told them we were coming out of 22N onto the inner and into 24N. We then turned on 24N back onto the ramp and into our gate. It all happened very quickly.

Title: ACR TURNS WRONG TAXIWAY AND CONTINUES TAXI WITHOUT CONTACT GND CTL.

Narrative: AT DFW AFTER CLRING THE ACTIVE RWY, GND CTL GAVE INSTRUCTIONS TO TURN L ON THE INNER THEN R ON 24N. WE TURNED L ONTO INDIA AT WHICH POINT WE REALIZED OUR MISTAKE. I ATTEMPTED TO CONTACT GND CTL TO LET THEM KNOW WE HAD TAKEN A WRONG TURN BUT THE FREQ WAS CONGESTED AND I COULDN'T GET A HOLD OF THEM. THE CAPT CONTINUED ON INDIA ONTO THE RAMP AND TOLD ME TO CONTACT RAMP CTL. I ATTEMPTED TO CONTACT RAMP CTL ON A FREQ THE FE GAVE ME BUT IT WAS THE WRONG FREQ. AT THIS POINT I SUGGESTED TO THE CAPT TO STOP UNTIL I COULD TALK TO SOMEONE. I FOUND THE CORRECT FREQ AND ATTEMPTED TO CONTACT RAMP CTL. THE CAPT CONTINUED ALONG THE RAMP AND EXITED ONTO THE INNER AT 22N AND TOLD ME TO CONTACT GND. I CONTACTED GND AND TOLD THEM WE WERE COMING OUT OF 22N ONTO THE INNER AND INTO 24N. WE THEN TURNED ON 24N BACK ONTO THE RAMP AND INTO OUR GATE. IT ALL HAPPENED VERY QUICKLY.
