Narrative:
While taxiing to the gate on uncontrolled ramp area near gate, the left main gear dropped off the ramp onto soaked ground and sunk in 4 inches. The ramp is irregular in its shape and has a strip of grass that separates the unmarked taxiway at 90 degrees to ramp. This strip or grass was not marked and was not visible.

Title: CAPT OF MLG ACR ACFT INADVERTENTLY TAXIED OFF RAMP ONTO GRASSY UNIMPROVED AREA CAUSING ACFT TO SINK AND BECOME STUCK IN MUD.
Narrative: WHILE TAXIING TO THE GATE ON UNCTLED RAMP AREA NEAR GATE, THE L MAIN GEAR DROPPED OFF THE RAMP ONTO SOAKED GND AND SUNK IN 4 INCHES. THE RAMP IS IRREGULAR IN ITS SHAPE AND HAS A STRIP OF GRASS THAT SEPARATES THE UNMARKED TAXIWAY AT 90 DEGS TO RAMP. THIS STRIP OR GRASS WAS NOT MARKED AND WAS NOT VISIBLE.
