Narrative:
Airlines aircraft on flight departed denver. Pilot could not pressurize the aircraft. Maintenance found #1 engine bleed valve locked in the closed position. The engine was changed prior to this departure. Engine change paperwork does not address operational checks of engine driven systems. A job card change request has been submitted by denver line maintenance management to rectify this problem.

Title: RETURN LAND SITUATION MANDATED FOR ACR MLG WHEN UNABLE TO PRESSURIZE ACFT. ACFT EQUIP PROBLEM MALFUNCTION.
Narrative: AIRLINES ACFT ON FLT DEPARTED DENVER. PLT COULD NOT PRESSURIZE THE ACFT. MAINT FOUND #1 ENG BLEED VALVE LOCKED IN THE CLOSED POS. THE ENG WAS CHANGED PRIOR TO THIS DEP.
