Narrative:
Lost radios in IMC on departure from dtw. Also, intercom quit. First officer could not hear captain, nor departure. Probably missed ATC instructions. Regained partial radios in 10 mins. Called dtw departure. Received vectors back to runway 21R ILS 3/8 visibility. RVR 6000 ft at dtw, however, first officer flying could not hear captain still on intercom. First officer checked volume and circuit breakers. Operations checked good! Shot approach to minimums without any IFR approach calls because intercom broke. At decision ht, off 2 dots on localizer. GS centered. However, landed safety! Dtw tower asked for north number during taxi.
