Narrative:
Air carrier a flying madrid-iad random track wbound at oscar intersection time XA59Z FL290. At XA58.5Z santa maria oca issued climb clearance to air carrier a to maintain FL310. We started climb approximately 2 mi before the oscar intersection at XA59Z. Captain made following report to santa maria (air carrier a oscar XA59Z FL290 39N 40W 1603 38N 50W next). The FMC showed we crossed oscar in dlb at FL297). An air carrier B made a call to santa maria oca giving a position report of (air carrier B oscar XA59Z FL290 41N 40....) it seems that there was a possible traffic confliction. Oscar intersection and santa maria realized this when air carrier a was issued climb clearance 30 seconds before oscar.

Title: 2 ACR ACFT ON RANDOM TRACKS OVER THE ATLANTIC CROSS WITH 1 ACFT 700 FT ABOVE THE OTHER.
Narrative: ACR A FLYING MADRID-IAD RANDOM TRACK WBOUND AT OSCAR INTXN TIME XA59Z FL290. AT XA58.5Z SANTA MARIA OCA ISSUED CLB CLRNC TO ACR A TO MAINTAIN FL310. WE STARTED CLB APPROX 2 MI BEFORE THE OSCAR INTXN AT XA59Z. CAPT MADE FOLLOWING RPT TO SANTA MARIA (ACR A OSCAR XA59Z FL290 39N 40W 1603 38N 50W NEXT). THE FMC SHOWED WE CROSSED OSCAR IN DLB AT FL297). AN ACR B MADE A CALL TO SANTA MARIA OCA GIVING A POS RPT OF (ACR B OSCAR XA59Z FL290 41N 40....) IT SEEMS THAT THERE WAS A POSSIBLE TFC CONFLICTION. OSCAR INTXN AND SANTA MARIA REALIZED THIS WHEN ACR A WAS ISSUED CLB CLRNC 30 SECONDS BEFORE OSCAR.
