Narrative:
While in cruise, using hand microphone, while returning it to holder, microphone switch remained depressed, causing a stuck microphone. Evidently center called in order to give a heading or altitude change for traffic and it was not heard because of the stuck microphone. Company radio called to inform us of this event. We then discovered the problem.

Narrative: WHILE IN CRUISE, USING HAND MIKE, WHILE RETURNING IT TO HOLDER, MIKE SWITCH REMAINED DEPRESSED, CAUSING A STUCK MIKE. EVIDENTLY CTR CALLED IN ORDER TO GIVE A HDG OR ALT CHANGE FOR TFC AND IT WAS NOT HEARD BECAUSE OF THE STUCK MIKE. COMPANY RADIO CALLED TO INFORM US OF THIS EVENT. WE THEN DISCOVERED THE PROB.
