Narrative:
A japanese flight instructor operating at rhv reports on the difficulties of 1 of his students. The student had a problem with 'taxi back' instructions on the runway. The reporting instructor is pleased that some ATCT personnel are speaking more slowly and are breaking up their xmissions instead of grouping many instructions to many aircraft together. The instructor is working hard with tape recordings of his students and their conversations with ATC.
