Atx X on final runway 28, received TCASII RA. The alert was triggered by 2 small aircraft's in right closed traffic to follow, no factor. Atx X went around, causing difficulties for local control. 1 small aircraft had to do a 360 degrees turn, center had to vector an aircraft following atx X.
