Narrative:
We were cleared for the ILS 35L at apa and told by approach to contact tower at cassie, the final approach fix. The crew was distracted by the approach and forgot to contact tower prior to landing. There were no other aircraft on the runway at the time we landed. Distrs during the approach caused the flight crew to forget to call the tower. This could possibly be remedied by having approach not tell the flight crew to contact tower 5 mins before they have to or possibly an additional checklist item.

Title: AIR TAXI FLC FAILS TO CONTACT TWR AS INSTRUCTED. LANDS WITHOUT CLRNC.
Narrative: WE WERE CLRED FOR THE ILS 35L AT APA AND TOLD BY APCH TO CONTACT TWR AT CASSIE, THE FINAL APCH FIX. THE CREW WAS DISTRACTED BY THE APCH AND FORGOT TO CONTACT TWR PRIOR TO LNDG. THERE WERE NO OTHER ACFT ON THE RWY AT THE TIME WE LANDED. DISTRS DURING THE APCH CAUSED THE FLC TO FORGET TO CALL THE TWR. THIS COULD POSSIBLY BE REMEDIED BY HAVING APCH NOT TELL THE FLC TO CONTACT TWR 5 MINS BEFORE THEY HAVE TO OR POSSIBLY AN ADDITIONAL CHKLIST ITEM.
