Narrative:
Took off from nampa, identification, heading northeast of boise airport, called approach. They give me an altitude and told me continue on to our area. As soon as we got to our area where we were going to do our low level work, we went to 100 ft to 125 ft which we hunt at. I contract my aircraft and myself to the usda animal damage control, which I fly a government person around hunting and killing coyotes at calving and lambing time. Mon I received a phone call from the usda air data computer boise office that the FAA flight inspector reported me flying over congested area at or below 100 ft, which would be between nampa and boise airport, which I was never below 1200 ft. I had already contacted the boise tower about flying northeast of the airport low level hunting, and they already knew the situation. I called the FAA mon the xxth, asked where the problem was, and all I got was I was reported and they wanted my license number and my address. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: reporter stated that he had received investigation notice from the FAA and also discussed this matter with them. However, he has not heard further and the matter is still pending. He further stated that the inspector advised that air traffic had received 2 altitude alerts on this aircraft. However, the reporter was informed by the tower during his discussion with them that 'they had no problem with his flight as it was flown as they had directed him in a telecon with the tower prior to takeoff.'

I HAD ALREADY CONTACTED THE BOISE TWR ABOUT FLYING NE OF THE ARPT LOW LEVEL HUNTING, AND THEY ALREADY KNEW THE SIT. I CALLED THE FAA MON THE XXTH, ASKED WHERE THE PROB WAS, AND ALL I GOT WAS I WAS RPTED AND THEY WANTED MY LICENSE NUMBER AND MY ADDRESS. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: RPTR STATED THAT HE HAD RECEIVED INVESTIGATION NOTICE FROM THE FAA AND ALSO DISCUSSED THIS MATTER WITH THEM. HOWEVER, HE HAS NOT HEARD FURTHER AND THE MATTER IS STILL PENDING. HE FURTHER STATED THAT THE INSPECTOR ADVISED THAT AIR TFC HAD RECEIVED 2 ALT ALERTS ON THIS ACFT. HOWEVER, THE RPTR WAS INFORMED BY THE TWR DURING HIS DISCUSSION WITH THEM THAT 'THEY HAD NO PROB WITH HIS FLT AS IT WAS FLOWN AS THEY HAD DIRECTED HIM IN A TELECON WITH THE TWR PRIOR TO TKOF.'
