Narrative:
I landed on runway 31R. I exited the runway at A11 and contacted ground control. I requested and received clearance to taxi to parking at hangar. As I proceeded past A10 an small transport ran his engines up and started to blow me over. I pushed in the throttle control to try and get past the propeller blast. The small aircraft spun suddenly 450 degrees to the left. The engine stopped. I was directly behind the small transport facing toward him and being blown around. I contacted ground and requested they get the small transport to back down on power. The ground controller contacted the small transport crew and they reduced power. I told the ground controller I had to restart my aircraft. I got out and hand propped it. I was in a state of panic and must have left the throttle full on. The small aircraft started immediately, and came at me. I stepped aside away from the propeller. I attempted to grab the wing strut on the left wing. The small aircraft, with no one in it, pulled away from me. It ran into the small transport. My mistake in hand propping the engine with no one at the controls was caused by my state of total panic from being tossed around and almost blown over by the small transport.

Title: WHILE BEING HAND PROPPED, SMA GETS AWAY FROM PLT AND COLLIDES WITH A PARKED ACFT.
Narrative: I LANDED ON RWY 31R. I EXITED THE RWY AT A11 AND CONTACTED GND CTL. I REQUESTED AND RECEIVED CLRNC TO TAXI TO PARKING AT HANGAR. AS I PROCEEDED PAST A10 AN SMT RAN HIS ENGS UP AND STARTED TO BLOW ME OVER. I PUSHED IN THE THROTTLE CTL TO TRY AND GET PAST THE PROP BLAST. THE SMA SPUN SUDDENLY 450 DEGS TO THE L. THE ENG STOPPED. I WAS DIRECTLY BEHIND THE SMT FACING TOWARD HIM AND BEING BLOWN AROUND. I CONTACTED GND AND REQUESTED THEY GET THE SMT TO BACK DOWN ON PWR. THE GND CTLR CONTACTED THE SMT CREW AND THEY REDUCED PWR. I TOLD THE GND CTLR I HAD TO RESTART MY ACFT. I GOT OUT AND HAND PROPPED IT. I WAS IN A STATE OF PANIC AND MUST HAVE LEFT THE THROTTLE FULL ON. THE SMA STARTED IMMEDIATELY, AND CAME AT ME. I STEPPED ASIDE AWAY FROM THE PROP. I ATTEMPTED TO GRAB THE WING STRUT ON THE L WING. THE SMA, WITH NO ONE IN IT, PULLED AWAY FROM ME. IT RAN INTO THE SMT. MY MISTAKE IN HAND PROPPING THE ENG WITH NO ONE AT THE CTLS WAS CAUSED BY MY STATE OF TOTAL PANIC FROM BEING TOSSED AROUND AND ALMOST BLOWN OVER BY THE SMT.
