Narrative:
Deplaned passenger in cvg, one through passenger deplaned while a second through passenger entered the aft lavatory unnoticed. Flight crew and cabin crew departed aircraft. After returning to aircraft new cabin crew informed flight crew that a through passenger was alone on aircraft for about 15 mins. Episode was uneventful. Crew members should check aircraft for passenger prior to deplaning.

Title: CREW LEFT ACFT AT GATE NOT KNOWING THAT ONE THROUGH PAX WAS STILL ON BOARD.
Narrative: DEPLANED PAX IN CVG, ONE THROUGH PAX DEPLANED WHILE A SECOND THROUGH PAX ENTERED THE AFT LAVATORY UNNOTICED. FLC AND CABIN CREW DEPARTED ACFT. AFTER RETURNING TO ACFT NEW CABIN CREW INFORMED FLC THAT A THROUGH PAX WAS ALONE ON ACFT FOR ABOUT 15 MINS. EPISODE WAS UNEVENTFUL. CREW MEMBERS SHOULD CHK ACFT FOR PAX PRIOR TO DEPLANING.
