Narrative:
Departed anchorage international VFR en route to kenai. Kenai was VFR WX at time of departure. Flight is 25 mins long, kenai went IFR while en route. We came in close proximity to an small aircraft while awaiting clearance at the northeast boundary of kenai control zone extension. We may have also entered the extension briefly while holding for clearance. Next time I'll depart IFR and save the hassle.

NEXT TIME I'LL DEPART IFR AND SAVE THE HASSLE.
