Narrative:

Was cleared to a right base to runway 35R, #4, then asked if I could accept runway 28. I said ok. ATC said make an immediate right turn for left downwind to runway 28. Did so and came near an small transport Y on a right downwind to runway 35. Small transport Y took no evasive action, probably looking at runway to his right. Steepened my turn to miss. Apa tower is causing all sorts of conflicts lately. Pilots are complaining. Apa tower does not have proper radar or something. Many conflicts. Non pilots are complaining. I have based there for 11 yrs and it is much worse now than in the past.

PLTS ARE COMPLAINING. APA TWR DOES NOT HAVE PROPER RADAR OR SOMETHING. MANY CONFLICTS. NON PLTS ARE COMPLAINING. I HAVE BASED THERE FOR 11 YRS AND IT IS MUCH WORSE NOW THAN IN THE PAST.
