Narrative:

Conflict alert advisory activates on aircraft in level flight and distracts controllers. Incident #1 MTR X in MOA between 11000 ft and FL230 and an overflt at FL330. #2 MTR Y in MOA between 11000 ft and FL230 and an overflt at FL390. #3 small transport jet Z level FL260 and medium large transport a FL285 climbing to FL310. Medium large transport a has an 80 KT overtake, however, conflict alert activates after aircraft have been separated vertically. This problem started with the latest change in computer patches. Before this last modification conflict alert was much more reliable.
