Narrative:
I was high speed taxi testing a homebuilt down runway 36. A gust of wind caught me and took me airborne and just as soon as the gust was there, it was gone. The airplane crashed from about 20 ft AGL on its nose gear first, then skidded down the runway and off to the left in a grassy area. Solution: high speed taxi testing should not be conducted on a windy day. Most important, install shoulder harnesses in any airplane, mine sure saved me.
