Narrative:

On taxi out at lax, we were instructed to taxi west on tango right on 45 to uniform to 24R. As we started to turn onto 45 we realized large transport Y wasn't slowing down even though he had been instructed to follow us. We stopped with our back facing air carrier satellite. Large transport then stopped also, and we were instructed to continue taxiing. I had to power up to 45 percent N1 to move since we weighed 790000 pounds. At no time did I exceed 45 percent N1. We were informed we blew over an air carrier baggage cart, and as we turned the corner onto uniform, we could see we did. We were taxiing with all 4 engines.
