Narrative:

Air carrier X was cleared for an immediate takeoff on runway 30R, widebody transport on short final. At about 90 KTS we heard them send the widebody transport around because we were still on runway. Controller told us to level off at 200 ft AGL. Widebody transport captain said 'what is going on?' controller says start a left turn to widebody transport. He says 'unable.' TCASII states climb, climb, climb, followed by climb now, climb now. 5 seconds pass, another voice (later determined tower supervisor) says air carrier X, brake right, right now heading 360. We roll, first officer flying, into 70-80 degree bank right turn. All I saw was a flash of silver as we started turns. 2 other pilots on ramp in cockpit said we were no more than 100 by 100 ft away when we started right turn. Controller forgot its summer and cleared us for an immediate and we needed more runway (it's warmer) than we have had these last several months.
