Narrative:

We had been cleared into position on runway 27, when, after reading back clearance, the right side microphone became stuck in transmit position. After a short time in takeoff position, I observed a light signal from the tower, and immediately checked for a stuck microphone. I freed the button and advised tower. We were instructed to hold position, and in the interim, another air carrier medium large transport executed a go around. The rest of the flight proceeded normally.
