Narrative:

When landing on runway 25R at night, abeam the threshold on the south side, there is a bright white light shining up the final approach. Abeam the fixed distance markers on the south side of the runway is a bright red light of the same apparent intensity, shining up the final. Both lights appear to be single box VASI light system with red over white in the pilot's view. As it turns out, the red light is a hazard light on top of the new GS shack installation, and the white light is a flood light on top of the new windsock installation. Can we get a shield on the windsock light so it doesn't shine up the final approach?
