On or about may/mon/93 frequency 121.5 in ewr was released to maintenance due to equipment problems. 121.5 was patched into ewr sector from a transmitter at lga into 1 position only. 5 other position were left without 121.5 as a frequency option. On may/XXX/93 frequency 119.2 was reported unreadable and was also released to maintenance.

Narrative: ON OR ABOUT MAY/MON/93 FREQ 121.5 IN EWR WAS RELEASED TO MAINT DUE TO EQUIP PROBS. 121.5 WAS PATCHED INTO EWR SECTOR FROM A XMITTER AT LGA INTO 1 POS ONLY. 5 OTHER POS WERE LEFT WITHOUT 121.5 AS A FREQ OPTION. ON MAY/XXX/93 FREQ 119.2 WAS RPTED UNREADABLE AND WAS ALSO RELEASED TO MAINT.
