Narrative:

Inadvertent TCA violation using old chart that indicated arsa ceiling of 4200 ft, cruising at 6500 ft. Called approach for advisories to let them know of transit but told to stand by and never called back (controller very busy). Using old charts at home for flight planning and inadvertently picked up old chart. New current chart was also in aircraft. Suggestions: none -- my own fault. I'll be more careful looking at dates of charts and throw out very old ones used for planning.
