Narrative:
With about 10 aircraft on frequency, an ATC controller lost frequency 120.15. There were several airspace violations and it is unknown if a separation deviation occurred. This frequency has been noted as a problem and management refuses to properly correct this problem.

Title: ATC FREQ GOES OUT CAUSING SEVERAL ACFT TO PENETRATE ADJACENT POS AIRSPACE.
Narrative: WITH ABOUT 10 ACFT ON FREQ, AN ATC CTLR LOST FREQ 120.15. THERE WERE SEVERAL AIRSPACE VIOLATIONS AND IT IS UNKNOWN IF A SEPARATION DEV OCCURRED. THIS FREQ HAS BEEN NOTED AS A PROB AND MGMNT REFUSES TO PROPERLY CORRECT THIS PROB.
