Narrative:

Aircraft was written up in lga night of may/tue/93 for abnormally stiff elevator during landing flare. We flew aircraft to rdu and pit next day. Maintenance signoff in lga was 'could not duplicate' or something to that effect. Aircraft was released to us as airworthy. We flew to rdu and problem did not recur. During landing in pit, problem reoccured and an extensive logbook entry was made and aircraft was taken off line and put in hangar (?) for further repairs. Later heard via 'grapevine' problem could have been an elevator feel computer sticking in high speed mode.
