Narrative:
I inadvertently entered the dab arsa. I was distracted by an intermittent radio. My intent was to do a touch-and-go at new smyrna beach (34J) airport, after being advised that runway 15 was active. While attempting to switch radios and hopefully identify the cause of failure my heading took me towards daytona rather than 34J. My altitude was between 900-1000 ft MSL. As I approached what I believed to be 34J I started to announce left downwind to runway 15. As I looked out the window I was startled to see 16 on the runway. I immediately recognized the dab airport and did a 180 degree turn to the right and returned to my home airport (spruce creek, 44J). I called the dab tower manager's number and expressed my apologies for accidentally entering the arsa. I was thanked for calling and advising them of my incursion into the arsa.

Title: SMA ENTERS ATA ARSA WITHOUT CLRNC. EXITS IMMEDIATELY.
Narrative: I INADVERTENTLY ENTERED THE DAB ARSA. I WAS DISTRACTED BY AN INTERMITTENT RADIO. MY INTENT WAS TO DO A TOUCH-AND-GO AT NEW SMYRNA BEACH (34J) ARPT, AFTER BEING ADVISED THAT RWY 15 WAS ACTIVE. WHILE ATTEMPTING TO SWITCH RADIOS AND HOPEFULLY IDENT THE CAUSE OF FAILURE MY HDG TOOK ME TOWARDS DAYTONA RATHER THAN 34J. MY ALT WAS BTWN 900-1000 FT MSL. AS I APCHED WHAT I BELIEVED TO BE 34J I STARTED TO ANNOUNCE L DOWNWIND TO RWY 15. AS I LOOKED OUT THE WINDOW I WAS STARTLED TO SEE 16 ON THE RWY. I IMMEDIATELY RECOGNIZED THE DAB ARPT AND DID A 180 DEG TURN TO THE R AND RETURNED TO MY HOME ARPT (SPRUCE CREEK, 44J). I CALLED THE DAB TWR MGR'S NUMBER AND EXPRESSED MY APOLOGIES FOR ACCIDENTALLY ENTERING THE ARSA. I WAS THANKED FOR CALLING AND ADVISING THEM OF MY INCURSION INTO THE ARSA.
