Narrative:
Pilot of aircraft lowered nose and descended to about 200 ft AGL over a housing addition near lake and flew over a particular house where a friend of his lived. I was passenger in right seat and was not consulted before his actions nor asked to participate in any way.

Narrative: PLT OF ACFT LOWERED NOSE AND DSNDED TO ABOUT 200 FT AGL OVER A HOUSING ADDITION NEAR LAKE AND FLEW OVER A PARTICULAR HOUSE WHERE A FRIEND OF HIS LIVED. I WAS PAX IN R SEAT AND WAS NOT CONSULTED BEFORE HIS ACTIONS NOR ASKED TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY WAY.
