Narrative:
Taxi south off of high speed, turned southeast onto ramp heading straight into flood light. Mist began to fall on already wet window. Window started to fog up making it difficult to see. Looked for spot to park and started turning east. Right wing hit parked aircraft on ramp. Parked aircraft was in dark corner of ramp. Rain with head-on view of lights and fog on window made it impossible to notice the parked aircraft.
