Narrative:
I approached ozona from the east at approximately PM55 CDT. I called 2 times on unicom requesting an airport advisory. There was no reply to my call. I the, after calling my intentions to any potential traffic (of which there was none) flew down runway 16 and saw the windsock dead still and the tetrahedron indicating runway 34 as the favored runway. Thus, I made an approach to runway 34. I made a wheel landing and planted the main gear. As I was transitioning to the tail wheel I looked out my left window and saw the left wing close to the ground. I added power to gain lateral control of the airplane but the airplane had already WX-vaned and a ground loop was in process. I was almost totally stopped when the airplane hit a fence on the west side of the runway. The impact broke the spar on the right wing. After getting out of the airplane I noticed the windsock was indicating a direct crosswind from the east. 2 individuals on the field came out of a hangar and told me the wind shifted just at the time I was landing.

Title: TAIL DRAGGER CAUGHT IN WIND SHIFT GND LOOPS.
Narrative: I APCHED OZONA FROM THE E AT APPROX PM55 CDT. I CALLED 2 TIMES ON UNICOM REQUESTING AN ARPT ADVISORY. THERE WAS NO REPLY TO MY CALL. I THE, AFTER CALLING MY INTENTIONS TO ANY POTENTIAL TFC (OF WHICH THERE WAS NONE) FLEW DOWN RWY 16 AND SAW THE WINDSOCK DEAD STILL AND THE TETRAHEDRON INDICATING RWY 34 AS THE FAVORED RWY. THUS, I MADE AN APCH TO RWY 34. I MADE A WHEEL LNDG AND PLANTED THE MAIN GEAR. AS I WAS TRANSITIONING TO THE TAIL WHEEL I LOOKED OUT MY L WINDOW AND SAW THE L WING CLOSE TO THE GND. I ADDED PWR TO GAIN LATERAL CTL OF THE AIRPLANE BUT THE AIRPLANE HAD ALREADY WX-VANED AND A GND LOOP WAS IN PROCESS. I WAS ALMOST TOTALLY STOPPED WHEN THE AIRPLANE HIT A FENCE ON THE W SIDE OF THE RWY. THE IMPACT BROKE THE SPAR ON THE R WING. AFTER GETTING OUT OF THE AIRPLANE I NOTICED THE WINDSOCK WAS INDICATING A DIRECT XWIND FROM THE E. 2 INDIVIDUALS ON THE FIELD CAME OUT OF A HANGAR AND TOLD ME THE WIND SHIFTED JUST AT THE TIME I WAS LNDG.
