Narrative:
Flight left as scheduled at xxxxz, at time of departure release did not require an alternate. At xxyyz national WX service amended the forecast to require an alternate for the destination, but my computer net didn't receive the amendment until xxxaz -- 1/2 hour after the amendment. The flight continued without an alternate and landed without incident. I contacted the crew prior to landing and they felt they could safely continue the flight.
