Narrative:
Other aircraft was small transport, nwbound at 6500 ft. Continued on in level flight after occurrence. We were descending, in right bank and in flare to stall warning. Observed small transport in hard right bank slightly below us. I was able to increase bank slightly and increase 'G' some, but very little. He saw us first, and he had the hardest job because he was looking into a low sun, very bright sky.
