Narrative:
During an air show demonstration, a 1 pound smoke and streamer assembly inadvertently released from a jumper's open parachute and fell into an open part of the spectator area. No one was injured. The quick ejector assembly that holds the smoke/streamer in the pouch was found in a 'tipped up' position and had lifted prematurely. To remedy this problem the quick ejector could be removed and the lanyard hand tied into place to keep the assembly from breaking free again.
